Champgane Grapes Naked Cake

Last week my mom came home from the grocery store with a box of the most darling grapes I’ve ever seen in my life called Champagne Grapes. They are so tiny and delicate it almost looks fake. Days before I had told her about the newest cake trend: the naked cake. Naturally, we both thought about combining the two and creating this master piece – well, she created it, I ate it -. Although frosting is the usual filling for the naked cake, we opted for something less sweet such as cream cheese. Want to try it out? Here’s the recipe:

The cake – Pão de ló-

Ingredients-

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon de vanilla

Directions —

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until creamy
  2. Add the vanilla and mix well
  3. Fold the sifted flour into the batter gently, one half at a time
  4. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees

Cream Cheese Filling 

  1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  1 cup white sugar

  1/8 teaspoon salt

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions:

 1. In a small bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.

 2. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.


 

    Na semana passada, minha mãe chegou em casa do supermercado com uma caixa das mais delicadas uvas que eu já vi na minha vida chamada Uvas Champage. Elas são tão pequenas e delicadas que quase parece falso.

   Dias antes eu tinha dito a ela sobre a mais nova tendência de bolo: o bolo naked. Naturalmente, nós duas pensamos sobre como combinar os dois e criar esta obra-prima bem, ela criou, e eu comi .

  Emborao o frosting é o preenchimento de costume para o bolo naked, nos opatamos por algo menos doce, como cream cheese.

Ingredientes:

4 ovos ( temperature ambiente)

I xic. Farinha de Trigo

1 colher de cha de essencia de baunilha

3/4 de xic. de acucar

Prepare a forma para receber a massa untando com manteira e farinha de trigo. Se preferir use papel manteiga para forrar a forma. Bata os ovos inteiros com o acucar e essencia de baunilha ate chegar a uma conscistencia cremosa ( cor crème). Adicione gradualmente  a farinha de trigo peneirada, envolvendo delicadamente na mistura. Coloque na forma e ponha pra assar em forno pre-aquecido a 180 graus.
